Not the best experience

I damaged a prop while flying which grounded the drone for weeks. Props were not available to buy at the time to Service said they would send me some. Sounded good but three weeks later I’d heard nothing. I emailed them a number of times then a message came back saying they now cant send them and I must buy them from the web site as they are now available. I would still be waiting of they hadnt finally emailed back. All in all, products good, service not so good.

Good little bit but could be better

Bought this at the discounted price. Glad I did as I think it’s not work the amount they’re proposing on putting it to. They could do with fix materials for the full cage, not just one side.

Customer service needs to greatly improve as often customers as completely ignored when seeking help.

Still waiting on Hoverair to make the Beacon useful by making it so you can use it to change flight modes, without having to land each time!..

Hoverair repair kit,

A very handy little repair kit to get you out of trouble. I had to get one when I crashed my HOVERAIR-X1, and it did the job well as I needed a new prop and also a new cover ( easy to fit both). So I decided that I won't be caught out again, so I've got the Promax repair kit just in case. John.
