Allow time for delivery - ignore my earlier critical review

I wish to retract my earlier critical review on the basis that I had not realized that the "https://uk.hoverair.com/" site does not ship products from within the UK, but from Hong-Kong. Not realizing this, I was a bit hasty to cancel my original order and leave my previous critical review when the item had not been delivered after 3 weeks. However, after e-mailing the HoverAir support team, their response was prompt and courteous and when I placed a second order, now understanding that it would be shipped from Hong Kong and thus allowing for this, I actually received the repair kit within a few days, as it turned out that they had some stock in the UK. So, buyers please be aware that the repair kit normally ships from Hong Kong and you should allow a few weeks to receive the item. You WILL receive it and the HoverAir support team will answer your e-mails promptly and courteously if you are courteous to them.

communication was very poor

Bought a repair kit in November early December ish. Never arrived. Contacted HoverAir customer services. Ignored me at first. Took ages to reply and kept asking me to confirm my details. Eventually they agreed that they never sent it then took another 3 weeks to actually send it. Very poor communication and no real apology or attempt to pacify the customer. Deeply regret the Drone purchase but cannot send back for a refund. drone is OK but flew off into a tree for no apparent reason hence the repair kit. Eventually found a place in Poland that sells spares but hassle of import duty etc. Altogether feel selling the drone, a ta loss, is my only option.

I Paid for a repair kit 6 weeks ago. Never delivered, no refund and all my emails ignored. My drone cannot be flown because of this. So buyer beware
